Shipping & Returns Policy 

Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.yoursweetbox.co.uk. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

 

Domestic Shipping Policy 

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or Bank Holidays. We will endeavour, as far as possible, to process all orders that are placed before 3 pm on the same working day. Orders placed after 3 pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday Morning.

 

If we are experiencing an unusually large volume of orders we will warn customers before ordering that dispatch may be delayed 1-2 days extra. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Please note: On occasion, products may vary but will always be replaced with items of equal or greater value.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for standard shipping are always included in the box price. We charge £2.00 extra for Royal Mail 1st Class and aim to have your order to you in 2 business days.


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. For relevant services, this email will contain your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Sweet Box is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Sweet Box is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Outside of the UK, we currently ship internationally.
